Instructions in Case of Claims
Documents necessary for the solution of the claim files
All the documents required in case of occurrence of the insured event must be in Romanian, in a copy attested in a notary office or stamped according to the original by an employee of the point of sale where the credit was contracted. These documents will be delivered at the point of sale where the credit was contracted or sent by mail to the following address, together with the Notification of the Insured Event Form:

In case of death of the insured person, the documents necessary for the claim file resolution are the following:
- death certificate
- medical certificate ascertaining the death
- medical file or the Police Report in case of death by accident, as the case may be
In case of temporary disablement of the insured person, the copies of the documents that must be sent are the following:
- sick leaves
- medical file
- Identity card
If the insured event is total and permanent disability of the insured person, the claim file resolution requires the following documents in certified copies:
- retirement decision
- medical file
- Identity Card
In case of involuntary unemployment of the insured person, the documents necessary for the claim file resolution are the following:
- work book
- unemployed person's book, monthly endorsed
- Identity card
